READ ME: Important Notes

  • Who benefits most?
    • My services are best suited for those who can execute on a plan but are struggling to define their plan.

  • Out of Scope Services
    • I do NOT offer ongoing mentoring, coaching, or in-depth accountability work. I will advise you but I'm not responsible for ensuring you follow-through to reach your goals. For that, the best bet is a career coach or long-term mentorship.

  • How can Diya help you?
    • I offer a pragmatic idealism style of career advising. It's candid, nuanced, concrete advice to equip you to reach your goals

    • I offer intentional, self-aware goal-setting and very honest, but empowering, advice

    • I share relevant stories on self-management and leadership

  • Is Diya qualified?
    • Only you can answer that. Check out my LinkedIn or email me to request my resume. My perspective comes from 5+ years of working as an Research & Development (R&D) engineer at large, well-respected companies and nimble start-ups, and 7 years of overall work experience. I've worked with VPs and CEOs, presented to governmental agencies investing millions of dollars, and served as a founding Board member of a non-profit.
